Glenn H. Curtiss
Glenn Curtiss provided the aircraft that many Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame inductees flew. Many other Wisconsinites flew Curtiss aircraft during World War I, the period between the wars, as well as during World War II. The Glenn H. Military Heritage Database
Arlo Bartsch, combat veteran and B-17 pilot of the 8th Air Force, has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to the development of a computerized database on the 8th Air Force. His fact filled database and website records tens of thousands of details of the airmen, aircraft and missions of the 8th Air Force.

American Aviation Historical Society
For nearly 50 years the AAHS has worked at preserving and disseminating America's rich aviation heritage. The organization has been recognized by the National Air and Space Museum for its historical efforts.

Richard I Bong and World War II Heritage Center
The Richard I Bong World War II Heritage Center opened on September 25, 2002. The center celebrates not only its namesake and Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame inductee Richard Bong but the thousands of men and women that have fought for our freedom.

The National Aviation Hall of Fame
Located adjacent to the US Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio the National Aviation Hall of Fame is chartered by the US Congress. A worthwhile visit to both the web site and the facility.
