Wisconsin Aviation Hall of Fame inductees flew. Many other Wisconsinites

I Bong and World War II Heritage Center
For nearly 50 years the AAHS has worked at preserving and disseminating
America's rich aviation heritage. The organization has been recognized
by the National Air and Space Museum for its historical efforts.
The Richard I Bong World War II Heritage Center opened on September 25,
2002. The center celebrates not only its namesake and Wisconsin Aviation
Hall of Fame inductee Richard Bong but the thousands of men and women
that have fought for our freedom.
